Terms, Shipping & Returns

All products are listed in U.S. Funds.  VISA or MASTERCARD will note your purchase in U.S. funds and bill you in your own currency automatically.

We ship internationally.

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • We accept VISA and MASTERCARD via the PayPal link, and PayPal for all online orders.

  • Canadian Wholesale Customers may qualify to pre-pay orders by Cheque.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

  • Harmonized Sales Tax will be charged: 13% Ontario/NB/NF, 12% BC, 15% NS
  • All other Canadian provinces are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax
  • Ontario Wholesalers must choose "cheque" as their payment option in order to have their invoice adjusted to exempt the PST after checkout

THE NATURE OF HAND CRAFTED POTTERY:

All pottery being created by hand will undoubtedly have variation in glaze and texture. We make every effort to photograph our work so that the customer is well informed about the piece(s) they are buying.
That makes you happy when your order arrives and it makes us happy, knowing that you love it.

Some variations in glaze and texture should be expected.

SHIPPING

Night and Day Studio takes great care to ship only well made artisan works.  We take extra care in packaging these works so that they arrive at your door in their original condition.

 We ship using Canada Post and UPS.  The choice is yours.  Once you've finished shopping, the check out page will provide you with your shipping options.  You choose the rate or speed that's right for you.  If UPS rates do not automatically appear as an option, please email us and we will provide you with a quote directly.  Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. The dimensionals and weight of any items can be found on the product detail page.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Please read our following return policy for limitations.

For Canadian and USA orders: All merchandise may be returned in its original condition, along with the receipt, for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping and handling charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

All damage claims must be made within two (2) business days of receipt of goods.  No returns accepted without prior authorization.  Goods damaged in shipping will require the customer to provide us with a clear digital image of the damage goods and the condition of the packaging in which it arrived.  Contact us for assistance.  sales@nightanddaystudio.com   or 1-888-383-CLAY (1-888-383-2529)

For OVERSEAS orders: At this time Night and Day Studio is unable to accept returns on any overseas orders. All sales are final.
